Rules & Cleaning Procedure
· Food and beverages are not permitted on tennis courts or in the pool areas. If you have used picnic areas adjacent to the pool or tennis courts, remove and bag all trash.
· Club Members are not to be denied access to the downstairs area during any rental event.
Cleaning check List
The club will be clean and orderly when you arrive. We expect it to be in the same condition when you leave. Should cleaning be required to return it to the condition when you arrived, all or a portion ($25 Min) of the security/cleaning deposit will be withheld.
1.Stack all chairs and take down tables used. Placed them against the perimeter of the room.
2. Make sure all trashcans used are emptied and placed in the green bin at the gate going out of the club parking lot.
3. Use dust mop to sweep clubhouse floor. Promptly wipe up any spills that occur. Towels are located under the serving bar.
4. Check the parking lot for litter and pick up any paper cups, paper plates, napkins, cans, etc. that your guest may have left. The parking lot must be left clean and neat also. Cigarette butts or beer cans found on the grounds will result in $25 being withheld from the deposit.
5. Please no smoking once entering the front doors nor near the entry to the clubhouse.
6. Check the rest rooms to see that they are left in good order.
7. If you have a fire in the fireplace, please check the hearth for sparks and make sure the remaining logs and embers are well back and the screen is closed. (Please do not remove ashes or attempt to clean out the fireplace.) ---- Make sure the vent is open!!!
8. Remember this is a residential community and so not use loud music outside the clubhouse.
9. Evening rentals are to end at 11:45pm and participants are to leave by 12:00 am. (Unless Prior Approval is given.)
