Please review and explain to any team guests prior to them getting on the roster.

2007Cascades Team Guest Policy:

All teams desiring to play out of Cascades Racquet Club may invite 1 guest per 4 Club Members to be on the team roster.  Guest invited to participate are to complete the “Team Guest Information Form” at the bottom of this sheet.

Team Guest may be any non-member who has not been a member of Cascades at any point for the prior 12 months. (Anyone desiring to be a guest after canceling membership is invited to meet with management to discuss their circumstance for approval and/or their options to re-instate their membership prior to using the facility.)

A guest may participate for one season per twelve-month period. 

Guest is to pay the $5 guest fee each day that they play at the Club (Practice & Matches). This will be on the honor system and is to be explained prior to the guest being placed on the roster.

All guests are invited to join the club following the season and will receive 50% off their joining fee if they choose to do so within 30 days of the end of the season.

Management reserves the right to adapt team guest policy only when there are an insufficient number of members in a specified division to field a team.  In this event, the management will make decisions with the greatest respect of the other paying members and with the intent to increase membership at that playing level.  Please contact management directly if you desire further explanation of the decisions made when this situation arises.

Lastly, the memberships are the livelihood of the club and collectively make it possible to continue to maintain the facility and see that there are organized teams and events for the members.  Thank you for your understanding, support, and adherence to the guest policies.  If you have suggestions, please discuss them with us so that they may be considered.
